Me and my family had an amazing stay, the apartment is well located and for a family that does not drive we did not want for anything, everything is in walking distance. There are beaches, shops, and great places to eat all close by. Emma is a great host and was at hand to answer any of our questions, don’t hesitate if you are contemplating on staying here, we do not go back to many places but we are definitely thinking of returning, thank you for a lovely stay

A fantastic stay at Emma's beautiful apartment. It really has the best of both worlds: so close to everything in St Ives yet in a tucked away, quieter location that means you get plenty of peace too. We loved the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area - it was lovely and bright and we enjoyed being able to glimpse at the sea from the kitchen window. Everything was so tastefully decorated and comfortable. We'd definitely choose this lovely property as our St Ives base again!
Had the most incredible stay. Beautiful property, close to everything we wanted, couldn’t have asked for more. Sad to be leaving, needed more than two nights here. Couldn’t recommend this place more. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay! Beautiful apartment and fab location
A beautiful stay - we felt right at home and slept well because it is set back off and away of the main hustle and bustle of St Ives yet a stones throw, literally a few metres, to wander down. We parked at Station Car Park and there was a nice cafe Harbour View there which we recommend. Lots of beaches to explore and some climbing spots too. All in all a great find!

Emma was truly a wonderful host! From the moment we booked she was informative, helpful and on hand should we have needed any additional information. The properly is nothing but idyllic - 20 seconds away from the harbour and 3 minutes to the beach! It was clean, cosy and had all the amenities we required. Thank you Emma for making our Cornwall trip the best yet!

We absolutely the accommodation it was spotlessly clean and in a great place for seeing the harbour and beaches. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return in the future.
Beautiful apartment in a great location. Modern, clean decor with all amenities needed. Upside down layout with bedrooms on entry floor and living area upstairs. Very light in living area, although views is mainly over rooftops. View of harbour can be seen from window in kitchen area.
Excellent location with easy access to harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. No parking, but very close to The Island car park and reasonable rates for weekly parking.
Emma was very responsive and informative on arrival and during our stay.
We had a wonderful week and would happily recommend this accommodation for couples or small families.
Our family of 3 had a great stay! The cottage was very clean and decorated in a very tasteful way that felt fresh and cosy. We’ve stayed in several places in St Ives over the years and this is one of the nicest. Definitely had the best shower - good pressure and heat (tall people may find it cosy). We could hear the people staying below us, but they were quiet by 9pm so wasn’t a problem. The location can’t be matched- close to great food, art and beaches!

We absolutely loved our stay at Emma’s place in St Ives. The location is unbeatable, close to the amazing restaurants, shops and beaches in st ives. Emma was very helpful and responsive. The house was bigger and brighter than what it looks like in the photos. We were very sad to leave and we will definitely be back!
We loved this apartment! It is perfectly situated with both the town and beach at the doorstep, but still felt private and quiet. We feel so lucky to have been the first guests at this apartment, everything was in pristine condition and the beds so comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this Airbnb to friends and family visiting St Ives!
